Product focused growth needs be making bets on the future — platform shifts, adjacent products, entirely new scenarios, or even approaches that run counter to the existing product (eg put yourself out of business).
Growth is far more likely to come from better price, place, promotion of the existing product with PMF than from enhancements. In other words grow by running the business not by writing more code.
