I agree. And it’s not just the U.S., it is also the U.K. (post-Brexit), Hungary and Poland already. 2017, we should also worry about France (Front National) and Germany (post-Merkel). Not even mentioning Putins Russia here. The Western societies have to listen more closely to those citizens who feel left out, left behind, however irrational and subjective that may be, looking at the world in general. If we fail this, we’ll have a troublesome road ahead: into dictatorship, into fascism, maybe. I hope Trump can be stopped before it’s too late.
