AND how many bites is the moderately small meal?? fewer than 15 i hope. YOU have no idea how much to eat. and no one used to eat when we were hugnry. I am 81 and remember eating at specified times -- regardless of hunger. The body wants predictability. Not wellness fooling around.

This is so pathetic. 60% of Americans are OBESE-- waistline 35 inches =obesity ask the WHO Americans are GLUTTONS. Food quality is irrelevant when you have no palate. Americnas can take their mouths anywhere. THEY have no palates. HOW to eat. Stop talking about WHAT- it is how much that couts.

It’s not about WHAT you eat — it is about HOW MUCH and HOW OFTEN. QUANTITY & FREQUENCY. That’s it. A person like me who eats 8 bites of a steak in a restaurant where the serving is 30 bites is NOT eating the same “diet” as the person who eats all 30 bites but that is what Wellness Gurus want Americans to think. Kale gluttony is still gluttony and it still stretches the stomach and leads to binging on what the person wants to eat after they are unable to be “good.” GUILT is what religion counts on. Eating is about pleasure — particularly in a country with unlimited cheap foods. Instead, “health” gurus make millions telling us what to eat. as if they knew what TASTES good in everyone’s mouth.

We took cigarettes out of our mouths and replaced them with “healthy” FOOD and then we BINGED on what we liked to eat. We gave up standards — especially those of aesthetics — for “health.” In five years, 50% of the US population will be sick. So whoever wins the election won’t make any difference at all. Our decline started on Sept 11, 2001. Our enemies never thought we would self-distruct on our own.

Cucumber excess is still GLUTTONY. This hurts the environment and will guarantee food shortages which the WHO has already predicted. Better to learn to close your MOUTH sooner and open it less often because it will be necessary.
