Cooking is an art I began exploring 60+ years ago with my grandfather and mother. I cook with Wellness, Love and Joy at the forefront followed by respect for ingredients, my body and Nature. Sustainably raised, locally sourced, organic, free of chemicals is paramount. We definitely are what we eat and why I write and speak on the subject. I’ve followed Dr. Weil’s wisdom for decades.
