Mary, I work with Nora Henrikson and know that the research she is doing to help health care organizations have better conversations with patients about the cost of care pertains to many areas of health care — not just cancer care. Through her work at Group Health Research Institute, her findings will be shared with other health care organizations around the country in the hope that people everywhere can benefit.

I’m so glad that your experience with Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles was so positive. Take care!
