This morning we drove from Lop Buri to Bangkok to spend our last few days in Thailand.

Lopburi

Lop buri is the city of the monkeys. Monkeys are all over, getting fed by Thais and climbing on electicle wires! It’s like being in a movie!! Exciting and scary… We went to visit an old temple where monkeys had taken over. The lady at the entrance advised us to take our necklesses and glasses off. Safety, she said.

We stayed at a nice hostel called Noom, which looked like the Hogward castle from Harry Potter. Nothing big, not a castle, but inside everything was made out of wood and the doors looked like it enclosed a broomstick cupboars. Amazing experience and the food was good and cheap.

Food is what I seek when I travel. It must be good and it must be cheap. But sometimes I spend some more bucks on a good delicatessen. You only live once ay!

Thai Massages

Goooosh I can’t get enough. Most massagists are strong and hurt me sometimes but when I leave the room I always feel as though I’ve just slept two hours. It’s amazing. Thai massages cost around 200 and 250 baths (5 euros approx) for one hour. If you are like me and like strong hands on your nodes, Thai massage is for you.

What I’ll do is walk around my ho(s)tel and look inside the massage shop if I feel it is calm and clean. I don’t understand people getting massages on streets busy like Khaosan…

We walked so much today, I was lucky to get a woman who knew how to stretch my body. A good stretch after a long day of walking is always welcome!

Hope you tune in tomorrow!

Gunnight,

Jojo
