Bulls tank, get a top 3 pick next year, maybe even 1st, manage to attract some top FAs… is this a possible (even if remotely) best-case scenario? In a time of superteams and guys pairing themselves together, if the Bulls manage to have cap-space for two max contracts plus maybe a Michael-Porter/Doncic to take in the draft, could they all of a sudden be good again?

Because otherwise I see them being bad for so long its just ridiculous.
