Our First Cave Adventure

Day 03

We started our day traveling to a cenote which is cave filled with water. In Mexico they’re everywhere some are big and some are small. We got to ride on ATV s to get to the cenote. There were zip line type ropes going over the cenote and then you can drop into the water. After we came back to the lodge we all had a drink and swam in another cenote on the property. The water was so blue and the stalactites coming down from the ceiling were amazing! A simple zip line was up next and then we traveled back into Playa. Emma and I swam in the ocean before meeting up with our tour group. We went for a walk down Playa’s main tourist section and went for dinner which ended another wonderful evening.
