Great article. I also do not have any social media accounts and, although I have no intention of changing that, I am disturbed by how increasingly challenging that is making my life. For example, I am in the market for a new job and have recently been told by a professional career coach that an absolute prerequiste for a job search is a Linked In account with a detailed and sophisticated profile and a bare bones minimum of 250 followers or friends or contacts or whatever they are called on Linked In. So basically in order to search for a job competitively/successfully I must give up my most cherished possession: my privacy. WTF?!
