On Hiring a Virtual Assistant (Something I Should Have Done Years Ago)
Tracy Osborn

Virtual assistance has opened up the doors for the MSMs to have personal assistants in the recent years. By associating with a VA firm, they get access not only to their VPA but a team which is not possible for many entrepreneurs, micro and small businesses. Take my case where I don’t have the capacity to have a team on my own but need a team. VA firms come in handy to fill the gap. I’ve been using a VA firm, Ossisto, offshore. I am quite happy with my association with them. Virtual assistant business will only expand more and more. Having said that, there is a learning period as well. One cannot expect their VA to be productive from day one. Initial understanding and communication are vital to have a successful partnership.
