Completely agree with this. My friends and I said the same thing after the first (and second) viewing. One addition is who Obi-Wan fell in love with. The animated tv series Clone Wars is considered canon and in this series, Obi-Wan falls in love with a character named Satine Kryze. Obi-Wan also fell in love with a character (this character was a Jedi) in one of the Clone Wars books named Siri Tachi but those books are not canon.

Another point is that this theory does not exclude the possibility that Rey is a Skywalker. I think Rey’s parents are Luke and the daughter of Obi/Satine.
