A lot of big organisations downloaded the Mozilla software when it went on to Github as they were excited by prospect of having digital credentialling for in-house , in-company use — to have these on staff profiles in HR or on profiles in closed company social software platforms — so there are a lot of organisations out there who want to use open platform but not keen on the export of open badges . I guess its only naughty if platform is sold as one that gives you a portable open badge
