Great share, this is an inspiring read. I remember listening to Les Brown, the motivational speaker, a few years ago and he said that courage is not the absence of fear but of feeling the fear and doing it anyway. We need to feel the fear, live in the fear, and move forward regardless. It can be incredibly uncomfortable at first, but once you push through that initial resistance it is intrinsically rewarding to have overcome fear head-on.
