Paranoia won’t save you in the end

I like the point you made about paranoia but I think you made an even better point in saying that we often believe every virtue that the successful spew out.

Successful people can be just as wrong as the unsuccessful. To look at one thing they said and attribute it to the entirety of their success is a mistake that I have made in the past. This is not to say that these proclamations did not work for them but rather success is a byproduct of doing what works for you.
