Is Civil War in the UK ‘Inevitable’?

Britain has been plagued by rioting over the weekend.

Elon Musk tweeted of the riots that ‘civil war in the UK is inevitable’, and if you look at the plurality of posts on X it is easy to come to that same conclusion.

But X isn’t what it used to be. Musk has achieved what he wanted — creating more division among ordinary people to distract from the fact that it’s giganto-billionaires like him who are to blame for lots of the world’s problems.

And X now promotes posts which are angry, which rile people up in this exact way.

So if you judged the state of the nation by the state of X his post might even make sense.

But if you look at the news in general (though the people on X calling for civil war would tell you to not believe anything you see in the mainstream media) things don’t seem so bleak, and you see that communities are coming together to help clean up the mess which the rioters and looters have caused.

The spark of the riots was a heinous crime committed by a 17 year old born in Britain, who murdered three young girls in Southport.

Various strands of misinformation combined into the falsehood that the killer was a muslim…
