Beautifully written piece. Amazing perspective from someone that doesn’t necessarily like guns. I really appreciate your candid writing style and honesty about your opinions. I can’t see people arguing against you because you are coming from such an understanding place. You understand both sides of the argument and presented it extremely well. Guns aren’t bad.

I learned how to take apart, clean, rebuild , shoot, and even modify guns as a kid because my dad taught me everything about them. He taught me how powerful guns were and my responsibility as a gun owner to be smart and respect everyone’s point of view. There needs to be a conversation about this topic that isn’t just about taking away everyone’s guns because that isn’t the answer. Thank you for a great piece!
