I like the idea of cupping that you have explained and it is something that I will definitely try.

I already have a built in habit of walking for 5–10 minutes every hour throughout the day. If I am sitting for to long, my Fitbit buzzes to remind me to get up and walk at 10 minutes to the hour.

I think taking some time to break every hour is important, and looking forward to trying your method.
