Style and Creator tip: don’t get caught up on producing perfect documents; these are chats after all, and the style can fashionably be more casual — yet professional.

Experience-wise, I break up sentences, like any other friend might chat with me on Messenger, e.g. —

Hey there [user first name]!
Thanks for 
stopping by. We’ve been 
getting a ton of responses due
to our ad. Have you seen it?

(Haven’t seen it.) (Seen it!)
