A new language that inherits the simplicity of Python syntax may not be a bad option specially if the language addresses the long standing inadequacies of Python (concurrency, speed of execution, static typing, etc). I am referring here to Nim. I have been exploring the language and I think it has huge potential as a better version of a Python-like language.
