Bradley, I got some great news for you they can test for HIV now. -gasp- I know, I know, brand new technology that's only been out for almost as long as I've been alive, approximately thirty years. Consenting and STI-tested adults are able to have condom-free sex if they choose without you or anyone pretending they're some sort of monsters. Plenty of people DO experience pain with condoms, usually people who are averse or allergic to artificial lubricants. Saliva to the rescue, for them, I suppose, but saliva + condoms = a bad time, in my experience.

Undetectable = untransmitable.

But yes, the second part seems spot on. There's a lot of pleasure to be derived from the practice for those who want it. Some people can't get over the "nasty" feeling of the concept, which, I can understand, and it should never be forced on them or coerced.

But all in all, two tested adults without condoms are arguably safer than two untested adults with condoms. Condoms rip, but you simply can't transmit an infection you don't have. Please don't pretend there's a one-size fits all solution to the comfortable anal sex question and don't pretend that anyone is a monster because they prefer testing over condoms.
