Indeed it has. I've been following your criticisms of the platform, as well as those of others mentioned and linked to (all the way back to 2014) in this story. It's nothing new. LGBTQ purges have been going on for at least 5 years, probably more. Yet, users tolerate it. They tolerate it, I think, because Facebook essentially holds their friends hostage. It's trying to be too much, a messenger AND a news feed, Snapchat AND Instagram, and basically offers too many features to even be of much use on a desktop anymore, setting aside the flagrant and honestly unacceptable-yet-constant assaults on innocent users in the name of Community Standards. I want to say, if users are still using the platform, they're at least partially complicit.
