I agree, what we need is not a Net Neutrality act but a NET SOVEREIGNTY ACT, one that takes the Internet out of all government control and returns it to the “Wild West” days of the 1980s and 1990s. I do not need anybody telling me which sites, content, or opinions are goof for me and which ones I am not allowed to see. I also think that in a SOVEREIGN Internet, if you do not like what your provider is doing either cost or content wise, you should be free to move to a different one.
