Wheat Flour Pie Crust
9 oz chilled coconut oil
3 cups organic whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 TBSP honey
Place the flour, salt, and honey in the bowl.
Add the coconut oil into the flour in little pieces.
Using 2 butter knives, mix the oil and flour together cutting the flour till there are pea sized lumps of oil coated in the flour.
Add the ice water slowly until the dough begins to form a ball.
Dump out on a floured board and roll into a ball. Let rest 5 min.
Cut in half and start rolling out one half.
Press into pie plate and bake at 350 deg. F for 15–20 min. till slightly browned.
Allow to cool before filling.
