of your body your feet resting on the floor
your hands on your lap
your feelings coming and going
your thoughts 
am I doing this right 
am I thinking too much
there goes another thought
oh I am breathing now
in and out my breath I am alive
now totally aware

From Action
each awareness is an act 
affirming our ability to choose
to respond rather than react
