Thanks for your courageous honesty. At 51, I am continually amazed at how every aspect of my life is connected: how much I sleep, what I eat, how often I work out, my rhythm of work and prayer, how I respond to my wife, family and friends.

I had a serious health crisis in my late 30's with chronic pain and depression. I was in a deep hole I thought I’d never claw my way out of, but thanks to God, good family and friends, the past ten years of my life have been remarkable.
