Though I don’t agree with some on his ideas, especially the point about women being people orientated (when a large amount of this kind of monotonous tasks like coding, sewing, video editing and so on) was done by women in the first place— until they became lucrative, then men took over.
That said — Some of his suggestions to make the workplace more women friendly seems entirely reasonable. I especially like his idea that the stigma of men needing high status macho jobs should be phased out, so they could do jobs girls do too.
I do not see the need to fire this person on the basis on his slightly different views. Of course Google has to appease a certain mob crowd.
