Accept you find things difficult and take things one step at a time. Talk to those you work with who you know and trust to help you through change. Try and identify what in particular you are finding challenging, and why, and that can help you identify a way forward.
For me, if change means I need to learn a new skill then I want to feel properly trained in it, with the opportunity to try it out and ask questions if it still doesn’t make sense. If I don’t, I feel insecure and incompetent and stupid, which leads me to resist change. Nobody likes to feel stupid, do they?
