How water can change your life
What do you drink?

Coca Cola? 7 Up? Juice? Beer? Energy drinks?
We humans have created a lot different drinks, and most of them taste really good. Of course you should be available to enjoy them time to time, but not as often as many people do.
To drink a Coca Cola may taste great for the moment, and you may as well feel great afterwards. Do you know how this drink actually effects you?
You probably know because of the media telling you how bad it’s. Unfortunately Coca Cola may have you in it’s web.
The addiction
Sugar is highly addictive, and makes you go back to the habit when you’re need of a refill of sugar.
The habit of bad drinks are killing us slowly, and if you’re not aware of it, then it can be the difference between life and death.
In this time and age where everything happens fast and immediately it’s easy to forgot the long term thinking. How does your walking habits effect you in the long term? The food? The way you stand? How you treat yourself and other’s?
The solution
The great think is that we have neuroplasticity, which makes the brain available to change. If you want to change your habits, then you can do it if you’re serious about it.
What would happen if you stopped drinking all those drinks, and only drank water instead? Probably it would taste very bad, and you would be tired because of the lack of sugar.
If you give it two to eight weeks changes will start to occur, and you will start to feel a lot more healthy, and rightfully so.

Conclusion
None of us human are perfect, and therefore we have some habits that’s not serving us well. We can choose to ignore them, and let mother nature hit us later.
Or we can choose to change the habits, and make the odds on our side. The odds will not promise anything, but at least you can feel better & more secure during your path on this earth.
