I’m not sure I got the point either, but I think it’s about using either the moment you got distracted and/or the time you are distracted as a sign that something’s not working out (?)

Like for example when I start working for 90 minutes on a specific task, and after 15 minutes I start getting distracted, I can use this moment (e.g. the thought: it’s warm in here) to adapt my working environment by turning on the air-conditioning (?)

Maybe Peter Schroeder 🚀 could enlighten the both of us, since I am really curious to know how I can use these distraction patterns!
