Do you know what a life script is? I had no idea I had one!
Apparently, it’s written partly for you by well ( and not so) meaning people in your life, and then you keep writing it following the same pattern.
A proverbial peg that keeps a grown up elephant from escaping, out life script that may have helped us to achieve what was expected of us, may become a hindrance to achieving the success you want.
In her book called “Even Couples Need Remodeling”, Dr. Choi Sung Ae describes steps to take in order to edit and rewrite one’s life script.
As an honest person, I first tried this workshop (or therapy) on myself before sharing it with you. In a nutshell, it takes time, but it already started to work for me. How? I will share later.
So, here are the steps you can take to edit and rewrite your life script.
