Over the years, it’s getting harder
You’re young: start now! Don’t wait for “later”!
The barrier of starting anything is getting higher and higher by the following reason:
After you moved out from Hotel Mum (after school, university or whatever), your rate of dependency increases a lot. That’s because you need money..
- You have to pay bills, so you’re going to work for it
- You want to increase your social status, so you spend money
- And maybe you’re in a relationship with someone, that may cost too
- …
There are a lot of things that make you more and more dependent of money and so much longer you’re in your dependency, your chance of starting anything is getting lower and lower. It’s hardly possible to quit your job or working part-time for focussing on your idea while you already set up your social status over the past years.
I wouldn’t like to say it’s impossible, it’s obviously not! But after rising your dependency of money, it’s getting harder to change your current life.
So please, if you’re young and you want to live independent, you have to get started now. I know, often you have to agree to compromises, but don’t act greenly and think: ”Some day I will do it”, because then, “some day” may be “never”.
