Hi Logan, cheers for the note! I can see we’ve probably had the same conversations with our stakeholders. It really comes down to educating the stakeholders. Customers won’t notice those extra clicks if they’re confident in their journey. I Love the way you’ve summarised it “Contextual info > all the info” (takes away all the fluff, anyone could understand this).
