This is at best disingenuous. Your statement here is as sweeping and ungrounded in reality as those you suggest represent the whole of public conversation. Though it may represent some element of conversations you’re hearing or having, it most certainly misrepresents the abounding public discussions regarding Scalia’s jurisprudence, Obergefell and otherwise. Your post reads like high-brow apologetics served up for the chattering class.
