I don’t normally comment on posts like these. I can see you took a lot of time to research these subjects. There’s a lot of good information and I agree with much of it. I respect what it took to write this.

That said, in my opinion, it lacks something. There should have been some type of introduction or epilogue explaining a responsible way to use this information; something to the effect that it’s not possible to make all of this a part of your life, that you have to decide what’s right for you. There are people trying to make it through difficult situations and essays like this don’t help.

When you are at the end of your rope doing all you know to do and someone tells you there are 50 more things that you need to do to be successful that’s discouraging.
