You do well in that you quote from the Scriptures as that is the final authority on any question raised among Christians. For this reason it is puzzling that you did not present what the Bible has to say about the nature of Hell. This is an odd omission.

If there is any discussion about which is a correct conception of Hell – annihilation or eternal torment – then it should lead to all parties to search the Scriptures and find out what God’s Word says on the subject.
