No i disagree, it is the system. The system is known as “The rule of law” The law has almost nothing to say about ethics, empathy, doing the right thing , sympathy and a host of human values we hold dear as our moral compass but to which we have not assigned any monetary value so can play no part in the formation of economic or legal decisions.
