John Bonello is an award winning Maltese author. He writes fantasy, science fiction and occasionally crime novels for children. His latest novel, The Taàr, is a Dystopian novel for young adults. The Transmissions is his first work of fiction in English to see the virtual light of day. He has been married to Karen since 2001 and they have two boys, Luke and Ben, named after his favourite Star Wars characters. John works as a content writer, maintains a blog about creative writing in Maltese, is passionate about books, progressive rock, red-eared terrapins and table tennis, writes almost every day . . . and when he writes about himself he usually does so in third person.
