Wow! What garbage. Almost EVERY other country in the world has some way of identifying voters. Why don’t we? Voters need to be verified by means other than an electric bill. When you go to vote and find out you have already voted, you may change your tune about having a photo id. It’s not an inconvenience to get a photo id to enjoy the privilege of voting. You need to PROVE you are a citizen to vote in a Federal election. You need to PROVE you live in a certain district to vote in local elections. What is the problem?
