The ironic part, I believe, is that there’s no “right” or “wrong” answer. Of course, the world is better for your sticking it out. But if you had quit, those who don’t matter would criticize and play backseat driver.
Those who do matter would respect that you made a tough decision and even understand to some degree. It would only be a true loss in the “L” column if you learned nothing and never did anything again with what you learned.
I have no doubt that you would have still made your experience into a big “W” in just some other form or shape, Srini. True entrepreneurs aren’t born by accident; they’re made by choice.. their own!
