Some facts are that Ministry Brands was founded in debt by taking out 10’s of millions of dollars of loans from two private equity firms. So it’s beholding to those firms to repay the loans. Ministry Brands has laid off dozens and probably over two hundred employees of the successful companies it’s purchased And the fact is that Ministry Brands has raised prices not lowered them. As for employee compensation it’s poor. Some managers have asked for raises for their employees for a year and get nothing even when those employees work harder than ever. I cannot see how any of this is good for the church, or a good example of a Christian.
