Why I hate Angular and React

This old school dinosaur still like to render on the server, cache, and serve. nice, simple, and works in “ALL” most all web applications.

I guess I have just yet to encounter a need to use React or Angular, but it seems to be what all the cool kids are doing these day’s… the sheer volume of buzz words in the javascript world over the last 5 years is amazing.

I guess I’ll say this. I’m sure there are genuine needs for these frameworks, but I will never ever conceed the fact that it makes things vastly more complicated for most routine web pages…

And good lord if I hear one more person refer to the normal webpage as a SPA I think my head will explode. lol

BTW I did enjoy your article… and obviously I’m interested in these technologies.. I just can’t for the life of me find a real solid use case the screams DO IT THIS WAY. :)
