Can someone using currently commercially off-the-shelf digital camera(s) set up simply and at no or very little cost a self-digitzing AND concurrently or nearly so simple to use / apply database keyword mining software/app at little or no cost? I am an historian who literally has builidngs / tons (NOT kidding here too many/much archives :))))!) to process let alone sort, categorize or analyze. If you know of any specific software, hardware, cameras, lenses, processes (remember FREE or nearly so or at very very little cost!) can anyone please post here or contact me directly? For example, one historical Canadian newspaper has well over 200 rolls of 35mm film packed with great material for me! Would like to self-digitize readily, for free and easily accurately keyword/phrase find with my self-digitized product(s) all the relevant “hits” great facilitating and expanding my research capabilities. I am based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I will try to contact major American academic data / database research computing group(s) to ask the same. Tx,
