REALIZE NO ONE GIVES A FUCK.

I get a lot of questions sent my way for help in one way or the other, and this is one of those things that most people are NOT going to tell you.

A lot of people want to make it to the “next level” and are always seeking answers or ways to fast track. Maybe it’s your physique, maybe youre an athlete competing in crossfit or powerlifting, maybe you are an entrepreneur trying to make it big, maybe you just want to have a great life, all things most of us want. The sooner you realize what I am about to say below the sooner you will take a BIG step in the right direction toward achieving your goals.

Having worked with a ton of athletes over the years or helping young trainers develop their businesses I can say through experience, this is the number one thing that holds people back.

UNSUCCESSFUL people are always talking about their own personal obstacles that hold them back. Here’s the truth about obstacles that every single person reading this needs to realize:

NO ONE GIVES A FUCK ABOUT YOUR OBSTACLES. Realize this, no one gives a fuck. All people care about is whether you achieve success or not. Caring about your obstacles doesnt change anything, it just slows you down.

^^^ And if that pisses you off reading it, YOU DONT HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE IT, anywhere.

You may have shitty genetics, “preventing you from having a championship physique”. Tell that to Cliff Wilson who after years of hearing this and personally living with terrible genetics just won the overall at a super tough show, becoming a pro.

You may be a single mom of 5 kids going back to school and trying to lose 40 lbs. I can point out a zillion people doing the work and not saying a damn word about it.

Maybe your basketball coach cut you from the basketball team 2 out of the last 3 years, even tho you are a monster on the court. Tell that to Jay Gorman it just made him work harder.

You may not be “smart” enough but you know you want to own your own business. Tell that to Andy Frisella, college dropout who owns multiple companies and has a podcast with 1 million downloads. He may not have a college education, but I guarantee he will school anyone of the “experts” out there when it comes to entrepreneurship.

Maybe you have a really bad injury preventing you right now from making progress. Tell that to Layne Norton who tore his pec. Immediately after surgery he was squatting with his arm sleeved up, working to bring up his legs, obstacles be damned.

So here’s where SUCCESSFUL people make unsuccessful people look like children- they realize no one gives a fuck about their situation and they make it work and DO the work, instead of bitching or even focusing on the obstacles. Own your shit, and work to get around it.

There are going to be people out there with shitty situations who will KICK YOUR ASS all day long because they dont give a damn about their obstacles. I assure you, I know this from experience because I used to focus on obstacles instead of strengths and when I let all that shit go, I made huge jumps in the right direction.

The sooner some of you realize this, the sooner you will take yourselves to the next level. If this status pisses you off, then it’s prolly hitting home and maybe it’s a good thing you did read it.
