Inspiration is great but is it not a pity that ‘science’ has made so many leaps forward in physical technology, but so few in social technology? Frankly, I am little moved by physical science. Without wanting to diminish whatever fascinates, is there not something awry in a species that can fire people off to the Moon at the same time as it guns others down here on Earth? So pgysical technology is fine, but it sometimes seems to stop us from looking within.
