I’m with you…there are indeed plenty of deficiencies in team building. Quite a few of the teams we evaluate are mediocre at best. But assuming the startup has a good team in place, the biggest (fixable) deficiencies are usually in technology and customer acquisition. Capital is likewise a frequent need in Arkansas companies — this one is harder to fix in our area, unfortunately, so we often resort to using creative means of bootstrapping.
