Get out and vote slogan

I see this slogan get out and vote everywhere I go. It doesn’t really motivate me to go and be apart of choosing who is going to the face of Wisconsin or even who gets to be in the senate.

It is not a motivating factor either, but for some people it can be a reminder for people who do want to be involved with politics. Reason why this doesn’t make me want to vote is because I am really busy during the day and have a lot of other things to do being a student athlete.

Regular students and ordinary people also have things to do. For example Herb Lowe only showed up to the event tonight only because he was invited. If he had not been invited he would have been at home watching an NBA game or house of cards on Netflix.

This also doesn’t make me not want to vote, I don’t get annoyed in with the signs everywhere because I know the importance of politics to a good amount of people here in Wisconsin. With the poverty rate and the education system the way it is. I just figure that with or without my input the show will still go on.
