How We Got to Zero Bugs and Implemented a Zero Bug Policy
Andrew Fulton

Maybe we have a different definition of “Bug”. For us it means something causing the application to not perform as expected. Our user base, ~80% internal, 20% customers, would define it that way, or a feature they prefer to perform a different way. Any such “bugs” lasting for more than a business Day would be escalated so fast through the chain of command as to make heads spin. To my knowledge, Zero bugs is our standard practice by this definition.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
