Do the hard jobs first…

Do the hard jobs first. The easy jobs will take care of themselves. Dale Carnegie

Every morning, the first major task I undertake is a run two miles up a very steep hill, where an amazing panorama of Palmas Del Mar and the Caribbean await.

This run is so tough I often have to stop and walk multiple times, even though I’ve been rockin this trail every day for over a month.

When I get to the top, I enjoy the gorgeous view, inhale the mountain air, bask in the morning sun, and know that after this, EVERYTHING I do for the remainder of the day will not be as challenging, physically or mentally.

That’s a great feeling.

Then I complete the 4 mile loop (MUCH easier going down), jump in the pool, take a refreshing shower, crush my organifi and green smoothie, and then sit down to tackle my day.

What is the frog YOU eat every morning?

Making this brutal run the first thing I do, everything about my day gets easier because of this massive accomplishment I’ve already conquered.

I can’t imagine starting my days off without something like the above…and if you implement something of similar meaning to you, I have no doubt you’ll be enjoying the same benefits I do.

Do the hard jobs first and let the easy jobs will take care of themselves.
