Every morning, my first major accomplishment is my 4-mile trail run.

Even early in the AM, the Puerto Rican humidity results in a LOT of sweat.

When I return, I ALWAYS identify the essential.

HYDRATE.

Nothing else matters.

If I don’t hydrate immediately and correctly, I’m in trouble, and the ramifications of inaction will echo throughout the remainder of my day.

The essential action I take?

I walk straight to my Brita, pour a 16oz glass of water, mix in two scoops of Organifi, and HYDRATE.

Non-essential distractions?

Eliminated.

Result?
