I Just Binge-Watched Every Bill Murray Movie and This is…
James Altucher

“Groundhog Day” is my favorite movie. It is a seems a comedy but it is very philosophical. It is essentially a short course in Aristotle Ethics. In the course of the movie, he goes from being a jerk to a good man. He does this by understanding that he cannot control all events but that he can control his response to them and he can build on his own virtues. Happiness is a do it yourself job. In “Groundhog Day” fashion, I watched the movie many times and began to see the complexity only after a few times.
